The Oakley Terminal at Ottawa is capable of handling various bulk and break-bulk products via barge, truck, and rail. The terminal is served by the CSXT railroad and east access to Interstates I-80 and I-39. Storage capacity at the terminal includes over 30,000 tons of indoor storage and over 20,000 tons of outdoor storage.
