Capabilities:

The Oakley Liquid Terminal at Seneca is capable of handling various liquid bulk products, primarily fertilizers. The terminal is served by the Illinois River, CSXT Railroad and east access to Interstates I-80 and I-39. Storage capacity at the terminal is 40,000 tons of liquid product.
